Holding your event at the Mary Rose helps to fund the work of the Mary Rose Trust, who work constantly to ensure that the ship and her treasures are protected for future generations, as well as our research which is helping other heritage sites around the world

We have four main events spaces for you and your guests to enjoy.

Private Hire of the museum

Dinner on the Upper Deck

Dine alongside the Mary Rose herself, with uninterrupted views of the ship from our intimate and atmospheric upper deck.

Enjoy complete access to the museum after hours with a welcome drink whilst discovering our unique collection.

Our expert museum guides are always on hand to answer any questions you may have about the collection or ship.

A truly unique dinner you and your guests will never forget.

Venue Hire - £2,200+ VAT (excludes any catering costs)

Private Hire of the museum

Drinks Reception & Canapes

Have complete access to the museum after hours to yourself. Stroll round the atmospheric galleries after dark whilst enjoying a glass of wine, fizz or a soft drink.

Our expert museum guides are always on hand to answer any questions you may have about the collection or the ship.

The Wardroom

Surrounded by maritime history, the multi-award winning Mary Rose is no ordinary meeting space.

Our Wardroom suite is an ideal location in which to hold a meeting. Guests can also enjoy access to our Bridge Balcony, which offers wonderful views of the ever-changing dockyard.

Hire times - 09:00 – 17:00

Capacity - 16

Venue Hire - £550 +VAT (excludes any catering costs)

 

 

The Museum staff on the night were excellent and several of our guests have remarked on this.  We hadn’t realised that volunteers in costume would be there but they brought something special to the event and were so knowledgeable and helpful.  We were very pleased with the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff.
