The Portsmouth Pass includes entry to the Emirates Spinnaker Tower and The D-Day Story, plus an annual pass to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and an annual ticket for The Mary Rose.
Visitors can buy it online from any one of the four partner’s websites or from the Visit Portsmouth website and is only available to buy in advance.
Tony Sammut, General Manager at Emirates Spinnaker Tower said: “It’s fantastic to be launching the Portsmouth Pass. Tourism in Portsmouth has increased rapidly over recent years and having a one stop pass makes it easier and more accessible for those choosing to visit and holiday in Portsmouth. It puts us on a par with cities such as London and Oxford by having the option to pre-plan and purchase a trip with ease.”
Dominic Jones, Chief Operating Officer at The Mary Rose Trust said: “We are delighted to be a part of the new Portsmouth Pass, providing visitors the chance to organise their trips to the top attractions in the city in one combined offer. The Portsmouth Pass is a wonderful step forward in showcasing Portsmouth as a top destination City for Tourists.”
John Rawlinson, Director of Visitor Experience, The National Museum of the Royal Navy: “For many Portsmouth is a must-see for naval heritage already. The Portsmouth Pass broadens the city’s appeal even more and allows us to work closely with our tourism partners to offer days out of exceptionally good value and very memorable.”
Cllr Steve Pitt Cabinet Member for Culture and City Development said: "The new Portsmouth Pass is a great idea to boost visitors to some of our key attractions in the city. Its availability will give tourists, visitors and residents good value for money whilst promoting the number of things to do and see in the city."
The pass will be available to buy from the 5th August and is £65 for an adult, £38 for a child and £149.50 for a family ticket which includes two adults and three children.
